Google has officially unveiled its Nexus One smartphone, Tuesday. All the presumptions of another android phone coming in the market are confirmed and the great news about this hot product is publicly out for all phone users and fanatics to check out. Google nexus info surprised many since after only a few months the Motorola Droid phone took center stage, another android platform phone has entered the market.
The Google Nexus One is a slim and lightweight phone that has a 3.7 inch widescreen touchscreen of 800×480 pixels. It has a 5 megapixel camera, LED flash and video capture. It’s 512MB Flash and RAM (expandable to 32GB) capacity compliments its Snapdragon processor 1GHz Qualcomm QSD 8250. This balances the power of having multiple applications on the phone with a highly powered processor enabling each application to perform at its best.
There’s more to the Google Nexus info people are all reading about the past few days. It is not all about full-packed exterior and interior smartphone features. What sets this android phone apart is the manner people can buy it. It is currently only available through Google’s web store and readily works with or without a carrier contract. This draws its difference from other regular phones in the market. The only drawback so far is the cost per phone which is said to be around $500 without a contract. Choosing a service provider with it, T-Mobile holds the initial right of providing service while other operators are sure to quickly follow.
The launch of this new breed of smartphone is addition to an already interesting line of what we have now – iPhone, smartphones and Motorola Droid.
